1. Pin your location.
2. Select the drop-off location.
3. Click “Book now”

Select date & time
at your convenience

 

1. Select drop-off date and time
2. Select pick-up date and time
3. Select your luggage sizes
4. Fill in your information
5. Read and accept the terms and conditions
6. Pay with credit or debit card

Deposit your
luggages safely

 

1. Bring your luggage to the branch that you selected
2. Show the QR code to the branch for check-in (via the application)

Terms and Conditions

 

  • The maximum weight per item is 35 kg.
  • If you do not collect your stored goods by the end of the pick-up date, Bellugg will automatically extend your reservation, charge the original form of payment and provide an updated Booking confirmation to you every additional day.
  • Maximum of 10,000 Baht Claim to repair or replace your luggage damaged or destroyed as a result of a Qualifying Loss.
  • The Storage Seeker may cancel their reservation and get a full refund anytime before the scheduled drop-off date and time, and up to 24 hours after the scheduled drop-off date and time.
